Game Crashing
This page will help you solve crashing issues.
Disable AMD Anti-Lag
Press ALT + R to open the Radeon software.
In the menu displayed, select AMD Radeon Software.
Tap Settings in the top right corner of the dashboard that opens.
Navigate to Graphics
You will see Radeon Anti-Lag in the first column simply uncheck the box.
Disable Overlays
Discord
Start Discord
Click the Settings Button at the bottom left
Search for Game-Overlay and disable the option
GeForce Experience
Run GeForce Experience.
Click the cogwheel icon at the upper right corner.
Toggle off In-game overlay.
Radeon Overlay
Press ALT + R to open the Radeon software.
In the menu displayed, select AMD Radeon Software
Tap Settings in the top right corner of the dashboard that opens.
Navigate to Preferences, then go to the General section
Hit the In-Game Overlay button to disable it.
Application stopped working
Disable Nvidia Reflex
Disable Nvidia On-Demand Texture Streaming
Update Graphics Drivers on Nvidia or AMD and restart PC
Hit Windows Key + R and type %appdata%, open Battle.net folder and delete everything inside
For Steam: Type %temp% in your search bar, delete all of the files and clear your recycle bin
Other fixes for Crashing In-game
Delete cod.exe in your game directory and let it download a new one
On Battle.net, you will need to scan & repair afterwards
Ensure the loader is not running from inside OneDrive
Ensure the loader is extracted from the zip
Disable Secure Boot inside your BIOS
Reset your ingame Graphic Settings
Turn Graphic Settings to the lowest
Switch to Fullscreen Borderless or Windowed Mode
Uninstall all Visual C++ Redistributables and reinstall them
Loader Crashing
Use a VPN (ProtonVPN and Windscribe is free)
Sync your Date/Time
Use a different network
Re-download the file
Restart your PC
